BEND, Oregon, April 6, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — New video has been released by the Deschutes County Sheriff’s office showing the tense moments before and after the fatal shooting of Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, the Arizona rancher killed on Jan. 26 during a controversial traffic stop by the FBI and Oregon State Police.
Finicum, 54, was part of an armed group of protesters who occupied the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge for nearly a month starting in early January.
The group included Ammon and Ryan Bundy, sons of Cliven Bundy — the Nevada rancher who faced off with federal agents back in 2014 in an armed standoff over federal grazing fees.
Ryan Bundy was in the back seat of Finicum’s pickup truck when they were confronted on a desolate stretch of road by the FBI and Oregon State Police.
Bundy recorded cell phone video of the ordeal which was released in two parts Tuesday by the Deschutes County sheriff’s office.
The first video, seen in the player above, shows the first few minutes of the confrontation prior to Finicum’s shooting.
The second video, seen below, shows the reaction of those inside Finicum’s vehicle when they realized he’d been shot.
Finicum’s shooting was ruled “justified and necessary” in an investigation by the Malheur County District Attorney.
Finicum’s family and supporters say he was unjustly killed in a what was tantamount to a police ambush.
An subsequent investigation into Finicum’s shooting is ongoing as the U.S. Justice Department tries to determine the origin of two shots fired by FBI agents, which were initially unreported.
So the FBI shoots at the vehicle twice, it’s the HRT team which means snipers (like the one that murdered a mother in her nightgown at Ruby Ridge), the bullet hole in the top of the SUV is CLEARLY a sniper, we have 5 agents lying, covering up evidence…
And that’s all before we even get to the question of was LaVoy being shot at (and even hit) when his hands went down.
This all stinks of a coverup!
