Two motorcyclists injured in Hooper collision

HOOPER, Utah, July 29, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Two motorcyclists traveling together were thrown from their bikes Sunday night when they collided.

The incident happened at about 9:46 a.m. in the Hooper intersection of 5100 West and 4074 South, a statement from the Weber County Sheriff‘s Office says.

“One of the motorcyclists attempted to make a turn onto 4075 South and was struck by the other motorcyclist, where both riders were thrown from their bikes,” the statement says.

“Medical personnel from Weber Fire District arrived on scene to provide treatment to both riders.

“The other driver was treated on scene by medical staff, and chose to have a family member give him a ride to the hospital.”
