NEW YORK CITY, April 7, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Dozens of New York City firefighters are responding to a blaze on the 50th floor of the Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue.
The 3-alarm blaze broke out in the 68 story structure about 6 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
Initial reports had the fire contained to a single apartment which has since been extinguished.
It is unclear if anyone is living in the unit.
