SALT LAKE CITY, Utah. Oct. 24, 2023 (Gephardt Daily) – Salt Lake City firefighters battled a brief, yet intense fire in downtown SLC overnight.
SLCFD crews were first dispatched to a parking lot area behind the Maverik near 675 South 200 West about 10:45 p.m. where an unoccupied camper-trailer was fully engulfed in flames.
Firefighters called for additional resources then sprang into action, completely extinguishing blaze within minutes of their arrival.
There were no reports of injuries.
The camper trailer was a total loss.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
