NEW YORK – October 12, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) — It seems that anyone can get into the Comic Con spirit as evidenced by Mark Ruffalo and Jared Leto as they walked around New York’s Comic Con disguised.
Ruffalo and Leto aren’t the first to attend a Comic Con in disguise.
In 2011 Justin Timberlake dressed as Ernie from “Sesame Street” and navigated the crowds with being noticed.
At the same convention actor Andrew Garfield (“Spider-Man”) attended dressed as his character from the film. He repeated the stunt in 2012.
At Comic-Con in 2013, Bryan Cranston was virtually unnoticed walking around wearing a Walter White mask.
Daniel Radcliffe put on a Spider-Man costume for the 2014 Comic-Con in San Diego and wasn’t bothered once.
