Sept. 18 (UPI) — The horror movie “It” is No. 1 at the North American box office for a second weekend, earning an additional $60 million in receipts, BoxOfficeMojo.com announced Sunday.
Coming in at No. 2 is “American Assassin” with $14.8 million, followed by “mother!” at No. 3 with $7.5 million, “Home Again “with $5.3 million and “The Hitman’s Bodyguard” at No. 5 with $3.6 million.
Rounding out the top tier are “Annabelle: Creation” at No. 6 with $2.6 million, “Wind River” at No. 7 with $2.6 million, “Leap!” at No. 8 with $2.1 million, “Spider-Man: Homecoming” at No. 9 with $1.9 million and “Dunkirk” at No. 10 with $1.3 million.
