The former assistant principal of Stansbury High School, Keith Davis, has filed a 16 page lawsuit against the school district claiming members of the school district conspired to have him fired.

Keith Davis, who was once the center of a major controversy because he turned away girls at their High School’s homecoming for wearing dresses dresses that he considered to be too short, claims his troubles with district officials started when he raised concerns during the 2011-12 school year about school officials purposely trying to misclassify students who were at risk of not graduating.
After the homecoming incident in 2012, he was then transferred to another department, but in 2013, Davis was let go and told there was no longer funding for his position.
Tooele County School District calls the lawsuit erroneous.
Davis is asking for reinstatement, back pay and damages in the suit filed in January.
