PROVO, Utah, Oct. 22, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — BYU linebacker Francis Bernard was arrested early Saturday morning on investigation of DUI, according to Utah County Jail records.
According to jail documents, Bernard was booked at 2:30 a.m. Saturday and released at 4 a.m.
Court records show Bernard was arrested for suspicion of DUI, not providing a valid license, and failure to register his vehicle. Bernard had not been formally charged as of Sunday afternoon.
A spokesman for BYU football said Sunday Bernard did not enroll in classes for the fall semester.
