WASHINGTON, Utah, Aug. 7, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Dammeron Valley Fire & Rescue is celebrating the return of its firefighters who had been out on loan.
“Welcome back to our deployed crew who have been working on the Great Basin Geographic Area Coordination Center Task Force for the past two weeks,” a Dammeron Valley post says.
“During this time, they were dispatched to multiple fires across the state. Thank you to Engine Boss Pete Manson and Firefighters Joyce Manson, Zachary Wanamaker, Sylas Russell, Mike Alvarez, Travis Wagers, and Allen Cox.”
The crew will rehab for the next couple days, the post says, “and then be available for deployment.”
