KEARNS, Utah, Feb. 16, 2023 (Gephardt Daily) — Unified police have canceled a Silver Alert issued Wednesday for a man missing from Kearns.
The missing man was Concepcion Abel Montenegro, 67.
A UPD update issued at 9:10 a.m. Thursday, says “Concepcion has been found.”
No other details were provided.
