WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah, Oct. 15, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Officials are searching for a suspect who allegedly robbed a West Valley City motel at gunpoint early Monday morning.
West Valley City police officials said the suspect entered the La Quinta Inn at 3540 S. 2200 West at approximately 1 a.m.
The robber showed a gun and, after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, fled on foot eastbound.
The suspect was wearing a skeleton mask, a red shirt, and white pants, officials said.
Officials searched the area, but were unable to find the suspect. They are currently waiting for surveillance footage from the motel to assist in their search.
