NEW YORK, April 15 (UPI) — A woman has broken the glass ceiling after Marillyn Hewson of Lockheed Martin became one of the top 10 best-paid CEOs in the S&P 500.

According to the S&P Capital IQ proxy reports, Hewson made $33.7 million in 2014. All but one female CEO has reported their data and Hewson came out on top. She may be unseated by Marissa Mayer of Yahoo, but it is unlikely as she only made $24.9 million in 2014. Yahoo has yet to release its proxy statements.

Hewson earned a salary of $1.4 million in 2014, stock awards of $8.9 million, $7.1 million in incentive plan pay and a $15.8 million increase in the value of her pension and deferred compensation earnings.

Oracle’s current co-CEO Safra Catz earned more than Hewson last fiscal year to tune of $37.7 million, but wasn’t CEO lat the time. Catz was named co-CEO in September.

The other top female CEOs are Carol Meyrowitz of TJX and Indra Nooyi of PepsiCo. Mayer will likely take the second spot once her report is in, but Hewson is clearly head of the pack.
