LOS ANGELES, Aug. 20 (UPI) — Jennifer Aniston stepped onto the red carpet Wednesday night for her first public appearance since marrying longtime-fiance Justin Theroux.
The newlywed actress wore an all-black outfit and her brand new golden wedding band to the premier of her latest film “She’s Funny That Way” in Los Angeles. Aniston opted to ditch her engagement ring for the event, donning just the band.
When it comes to calling Theroux her husband, Aniston told E! News, “It feels quite natural.” Her new husband was unable to attend the premier because he is shooting ‘The Leftovers’ in Austin,” according to the former “Friends”actress.
The two are still keeping the details of their surprise nuptials under wraps. Aniston opted not to spill clues about her wedding to ABC’s Nick Watt Thursday morning,responding to his question with “Where there is a will, there is a way.”
“We had the beautiful luxury of having a beautiful, private moment. And I’m going to be selfish and keep it that way,” she told Entertainment Tonight at Wednesday’s premier.
Aniston and Theroux married in the backyard of their Bel Air home in early August during a surprise ceremony disguised as the actor’s birthday party. The two have been linked since 2011 and became engaged a year later.
The couple honeymooned in Bora Bora last week, bring along a group of their close friends including Jimmy Kimmel, Jason Bateman, Courtney Cox and Chelsea Handler.
