NEW YORK, July 28 (UPI) — Liam Neeson raised concern with his frail appearance over the weekend.
The 63-year-old actor was photographed looking uncharacteristically sickly and gaunt as he walked in SoHo on Saturday. Neeson appeared much healthier at the New York premiere of Ted 2 on June 24.
Neeson spoke to the Daily Mail ahead of his birthday last month, admitting, “My birthday is a touchy subject. I’m going to be 63. Nobody wants to be 63! I’m getting old. What I want more than anything is for [my birthday] to be ignored. I just hate it and it makes me feel vulnerable.”
The actor starred in the action-heavy Taken 3 in 2014, and last appeared in Ted 2. He is scheduled for a Martin Scorsese adaptation of the Shusaku Endo novel Silence withAndrew Garfield and A Monster Calls with Felicity Jones.
