COPPERTON, Utah, Jan. 16, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Firefighters responded early Wednesday evening after a fire broke out in Copperton.
Crews were summoned at about 4:45 p.m. and headed to the fire, near 8600 West and 10200 South. A detached garage was on fire, but the associated residence was untouched by flames.
Ryan Love, firefighter and spokesman for the Unified Fire Authority, said about $50,000 in damage was done by the one-alarm fire. No residents or firefighters were hurt in the fire.
