Hurricane Valley Fire & Rescue responds to overnight accident

TOQUERVILLE, Utah, Aug. 17, 2024 — Hurricane Valley Fire & Rescue crews responded to a Toquerville accident this morning, and rescued two people, one of whom required extrication from the vehicle.

The call came in at about 3:30 a.m. to the incident, in the area of Anderson Junction.

“There were two patients total, and extrication was required to remove one of the patients from the vehicle,” says a statement from the department.

“One patient was transported to the hospital. E43, M43, and BC42 all responded to this incident along with deputies from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.”
