CARBONVILLE, Utah, Nov. 13, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Carbon County Sheriff’s investigators who responded to a shots fired call Tuesday night found a man who had been fatally wounded.
The call came in at 10:19 p.m. Officers responded to an address in Carbonville.
“A male subject was found with a gunshot wound to the head,” a Carbon County Sheriff news release says.
“Lifesaving efforts were initiated, but the male subject was pronounced dead at the scene. Another individual was found at the scene with an injury that was not life-threatening.”
Everyone at the scene was detained, and all are cooperating with the investigation, the statement says.
“Identities of all persons involved in the incident have been determined, and there is no danger to the public. Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, no names are being released at this time.”
