GARDEN CITY, Utah, July 5, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — One man is dead from an off-highway vehicle accident in Rich County.
Friday just before noon, Rich County personnel responded to a single vehicle accident in the Temple Flats area, the Rich County Sheriff‘s Office said in a 3 p.m. news release.
“One person was involved in the accident and died as a result,” the statement says.
Temple Flats is a remote area in the southern end of the county.
“The name of the victim is not yet known,” the RCSO statement says. “Efforts are underway to determine the identity of the individual and notify next of kin.”
