SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Aug. 19, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Salt Lake City Fire Department responded to a garage fire on Indiana Avenue early Monday evening.
The fire, at 1530 W. Indiana Ave., was reported at about 6:30 p.m., and crews had it under control within 20 minutes, SLCFD Capt. Adam Archuleta told Gephardt Daily.
“The garage was near another structure, but the fire was contained to the garage,” Archuleta said. “Crews attacked (the fire) and saved the nearby structure.”
There were no injuries.
No estimate of damages was immediately available, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
