SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah, Aug. 7, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — South Salt Lake police are asking for information after they say a teen ran away from the Juvenile Receiving Center.
Skylar Shipp, 17, ran away from the JRC at about 1 a.m. Saturday, a police statement says.
Skylar stands 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs about 115 pounds, the statement says. He has blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing black pants, black shoes and a black jacket with light colored sleeves.
“If you know Skyler’s location, please contact us at 801-412-3600,” the SSLPD statement says.
The case number is LK2024-25803.
