MILLCREEK, Utah, Oct. 14, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — A Millcreek woman is in critical but stable condition after being stabbed by her grandson Monday morning, officials said.
Unified Police officials said the incident occurred in the area of 3500 S. Loren Von Circle at approximately 6:15 a.m. The man, who is in his 20s, called police and said he had stabbed his grandmother multiple times.
The woman was transported to an area hospital by her husband, the suspect’s grandfather, with injuries to her abdomen and extremities, and underwent emergency surgery, officials said.
The suspect is in custody. Neither he or the victim has been identified.
