ROY, Utah, Nov. 12, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Roy City police are asking for the public’s help locating a Monday night hit-and-run driver.
Officers were dispatched to the traffic accident at 3700 S. Midland Drive, the Roy City Police Department posted online about 10 p.m. “When officers arrived they found that a 66-year-old male pedestrian had been hit by a vehicle that immediately fled the scene.”
The victim sustained serious injuries from the accident and was transported to an area hospital.
“At this time, we believe the car to be a white or pearl white color and it will be missing a side view mirror.
“We are asking anyone that may have been in the area around 6:20 p.m. that may have seen something to please contact us at Weber County Dispatch at 801-395-8221.”
