PROVO, Utah, Nov. 10, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Provo police are asking for leads on the whereabouts of Gabriel Kotlov, last seen Thursday at his school.
“Have you seen Gabriel Kotlov? He is 13 years old,” says a statement issued by police. “Gabriel has connections in West Valley City. It’s possible he may have traveled there.”
Gabriel is Hispanic, and stands about 5 feet tall, and weighs 100 Pounds. He has brown hair and eyes.
“If you’ve seen Gabriel, or know where he may be, please call us at 801-852-6210,” the PPD statement says.
