Utah Jazz open ’24-25 NBA season at home Oct. 23 vs. Memphis Grizzlies

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Aug. 15, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — The Utah Jazz will open the 2024-25 NBA season with a pair of home games Oct. 23 and Oct. 25.

The Jazz will host the Memphis Grizzlies at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, and the Golden State Warriors at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, at the Delta Center, according to the official NBA schedule released Thursday.

Utah will play four of its first five games of the season at home. Following a trip to Dallas on Oct. 28, the Jazz will host the Sacramento Kings on Oct. 29 and the San Antonio Spurs on Oct. 31.

In addition to the Halloween game vs. the Spurs, the games play holiday games at the New York Knicks on New Year’s Day and at the New Orleans Pelicans on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan. 20).

NBA All-Star Weekend will be held Feb. 14-19 hosted by the Warriors in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Jazz schedule also includes an eight-game homestand (Feb. 21-March 3) and a seven-game road trip (Dec. 3-26). Utah also will play 15 sets of back-to-back games during the season.

The Jazz will play Emirates NBA Cup group-play games each Tuesday from Nov. 12 through Dec. 3:

  • Nov. 12: Utah vs. Phoenix
  • Nov. 19: Utah at Los Angeles Lakers
  • Nov. 26: Utah vs. San Antonio
  • Dec. 3: Utah at Oklahoma City

Following group play, the Emirates NBA Cup playoffs will run Dec. 10-17.

Tickets for individual Jazz games are available via SeatGeek beginning Monday. Text list subscribers can purchase beginning at 9 a.m.; tickets for the general public will be available at noon. AMEX presale tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.
