HEBER CITY, Utah, April 6, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Three people were arrested Tuesday on multiple charges after Heber City Police officers responded to a call about a possible DUI driver.
A news release from Heber City PD on Facebook says officers “stopped a vehicle after a call from a concerned citizen that the driver might be DUI.”
Arrested were Kim Cuch, Diana Gustamantes, and Santiago Ramos.
According to the news release, the three are facing charges including:
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Possession of heroin
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of paraphernalia
- Possession of burglary tools
- Possession of a stolen vehicle
- Driving under the influence
- Outstanding arrest warrants
