BREAKING NEWS: Suspect on Loose After Robbing Zions Bank in Salt Lake City
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – July 17, 2015 (Gephardt Daily)- Salt Lake City Police are searching for a man that robbed the Zions Bank at 701 E. 400 South Friday morning. The suspect entered the bank about 10:20 a.m., approached the teller, and demanded money. The clerk didn’t see a weapon but turned over an undisclosed amount of cash.
The alleged robber was wearing a surgical type mask that covered his face but is described as a white male with a tan, 180 to 190 pounds, and in his late 40’s.
The suspect left the bank on foot headed in an unknown direction. Police did find some clothing and other evidence a short distance from the bank.
