COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah, July 18, 2020 (Gephardt Daily) — Crews from multiple agencies responded Saturday night to a raging residential fire on Promenade Drive.
Crews were dispatched just before 7:30 p.m. to a two-story duplex at 6929 S. Promenade Drive.
The structure suffered substantial damage on one side, UFA Public Information Officer Matt McFarland said. Vehicles also were caught in the blaze.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and UFA expected to be on scene for some time into the night.
In a tweet, McFarland gave credit to “Great interagency cooperation between @SandyCityFD, @cottonwoodheights PD, and @murray_pio FD.”
