UINTAH COUNTY, Utah, Aug. 8, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — The Uintah Animal Control and Shelter is asking the public’s help after a witness saw three kittens thrown from a moving passenger car in the area between U.S. 40 and Ouray, in Uintah County.
A semi driver witnesses the incident just before 9 a.m. Thursday. All three kittens later died.
The vehicle, an older model tan passenger car, was northbound on the roadway.
The witness was unable to get the car’s licence plate. The Utah Highway Patrol responded, but was unable to find a car that matched the description, the Uintah Animal Control and Shelter post says.
Anyone who has knowledge of the incident is asked to call Uintah County Dispatch at 435-789-4222.
